Return Policy



ISAORA wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the items you purchased, you may return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in the condition they were received and not have been worn. Please make sure that all original hangtags, poly bags and hangers are included with the return. If you would like to make an exchange, please be sure send an email to customerservice@isaora.com, prior to sending back item.

Please make sure to keep proof of postage so that we may track package if necessary.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pack the item you are returning along with hangtags, poly bags and hanger (if included). 
2. Please arrange shipment via FedEx Standard Overnight. To use our FedEx number please customerservice@isaora.com.
3. Once shipment is sent, please email customerservice@isaora.com notifying us of your return along with your tracking number.

Note: For Exchanges, to ensure item is available we recommend placing a new order immediately. Exchanges can only be processed for items of different color or size. All other exchange request will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
