If you placed an order without creating an account, you can track your shipment by visiting the “Order Tracking” page at the bottom of the website and entering your order number and email address in the relevant fields.

All our shipments are delivered through DHL.

You can return your product(s) free of charge within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To start the return process, simply create a return request from your order details page.

Once your request is approved, you can use the shipping information sent to your phone to return the product.

Once we receive your returned order, the refund is immediately reported to the bank through the PAYTR secure payment system.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank and may take 1–10 business days.
