    • What is your return policy?

      Didn’t work out? No problem. Return your item(s) within 30 days in the same condition they were shipped and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

    • How do I return an item?

      We’ve made returning items about as easy as making a PB&J. All you have to do is pack the item(s) in the original box and place the UPS return label that came with your order over the original sticker. Find a UPS store, drop the box off, and we’ll process your refund as soon as it makes it to our warehouse. Want to track your shipment’s progress? Write down the 18-digit code found on the new UPS return label and use for your reference.

    • How do I exchange an item?

      Although our sizing is standard and our fits articulated in the description, choosing your size online isn’t an exact science. We understand. If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different size, contact us at with your order number, the item(s) being exchanged, and the new size you think is better for you. Ship your original item(s) in the same condition they were received (using our return instructions above) and we’ll send your new replacement item(s) as soon as the old one makes it to us.

    • What if the product I have is damaged?

      We stand by our products. If for some reason you think your item isn’t performing as it should, contact us at for a repair, exchange, or full refund.

    • What does shipping cost?

      Nada. Well, almost. For orders under $100, we charge $15. For orders above $100 it's all free. Exchanges and returns are always free. For a closer look at UPS Ground transit times, have a look at the map below:

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Unfortunately we no longer ship internationally. So it's USA or nada.

    • What is the status of my order?

      Typically it takes about 1 day to ship. You may also track the status of your order via the My Account page. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a UPS tracking number once it leaves our warehouse that you can use for reference. And of course you can always email us at to check the status of your order. We’re here to help.

    • What if I need to change my order?

      If you just ordered your item and want to switch it before we ship it, act fast! We process orders quickly but we will do our best to change your order for you before sending your package on its way. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at If the item already shipped, wait for it to arrive and follow the simple return instructions detailed above.

      To get you the best possible product for the best possible price, we only sell exclusively online. For those hesitant to buy something before trying it on, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges. It’s just like a changing room, only without all the standing in line and elevator music.
