RETURN PROCESS

For return shipments, our contracted shipping company code with Yurtiçi Kargo is 1189688789.

This is not a return code; it is our registered company code with the shipping company. To ensure your package reaches the correct address, simply provide this code to the shipping branch.

Please include a note inside the package stating the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for return — this information helps us improve our products.

If the reason for return is not product-related or is due to personal preference, and the return form sent to you is returned without specifying a reason, the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. In this case, the buyer ships the item without paying the shipping fee, and the shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is due to a product defect, the shipping cost will be covered by us, and the return will be free of charge.

ISAORA reserves the right to cover or reject the shipping cost depending on the return situation and process.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 30 days after receiving it. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué No. 385, the buyer must return the product to ISAORA in full, along with a written reason for return.

If the returned product is not defective and the buyer fails to specify a return reason on the form included in the package, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Once the return is approved, ISAORA will refund the total amount and cancel any related documents within 10 days without any additional charges.

A decrease in the product's value or conditions making the return impossible does not affect the right of withdrawal.

For unintended purchases, the legal return period is 14 days, but ISAORA offers an extended 30-day return period.

However, products that are intentionally damaged, deformed by misuse, or counterfeited may not be accepted for return at ISAORA’s discretion.

To initiate a return, please create a return request in the “My Orders” section of our website. After your request is approved, you will receive an SMS with shipping details. Our customer service team is also available to assist you.

The buyer must return the product(s) to us using the shipping company that delivered the order. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are not processed before the returned item is received.

Credit Card Refunds:

The refund process begins once the returned product is received and approved. If the original payment was made in installments, the bank will process the refund in the same number of installments. The amount will be credited back according to the bank’s policies and billing cycle. Refunds are made through the bank system and cannot be issued in cash.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We offer free exchange services for orders placed through our official website ISAORA.COM.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same product.

(Example: A purchased t-shirt can be exchanged for the same t-shirt in a different size or color. It cannot be exchanged for a pair of pants.)

To request an exchange, send the product using our Yurtiçi Kargo company code: 1189688789 free of charge.

Please include a note specifying the desired size or color.

If the requested size or color is out of stock, your product will be processed as a return.
