Return & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with it, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Item(s) must be in the condition they were received, not having been worn or washed, and have all original tags and packaging included with the return.
HOLIDAY SEASON: we are extending the return/exchange deadline to mid January for items purchased for the holidays. Go ahead and gift ISAORA!
To make a return with the United States, follow these instructions...
- In the box that your order came in you will find a UPS return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) you are returning in a standard box so the item(s) won’t get damaged during shipping. If possible use the original shipping bags and boxes.
- Attach the UPS return shipping label to the outside of the box. (If you are using old box, be sure to cross out or remove any old shipping labels)
- Note the tracking number on the shipping label and keep for your records until your refund has been processed. The tracking number is the 18 digit code that starts with a 1Z.

When we receive the package we will refund the value of the goods returned. After receiving your return, it generally takes between 5-10 days for you to receive your refund.
We are happy to provide returns for a full refund as well as exchanges for international orders. However, we do not normally provide free return shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for all international returns and exchanges.
